What you will do

• Accelerate network deployment by removing bottlenecks and ensuring rapid scaling.
• Drive commercial performance, revenue growth, and market share across B2B and B2C segments.
• Own the local P&L and balance growth with cost efficiency.
• Represent the company in the German EV ecosystem, engaging with stakeholders and government bodies.
• Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing local team while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Implement strategic plans aligned with global vision while adapting to local market dynamics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior management roles within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial background in both B2B and B2C markets.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and German (C1+).
• Ability to work on-site in Cologne, Germany, at least 3 days per week.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sustainability and electric mobility.
