General Manager - DACH (m/w/d)

What you will do

• Define and deliver the growth strategy for the DACH region in alignment with ClassPass’s global vision.
• Develop relationships with leading fitness, wellness, and experience brands.
• Lead, coach, and empower account management and sales teams.
• Design supply strategies to expand the market footprint and strengthen ClassPass’s position in Germany.
• Partner with Marketing to localize campaigns, launch new markets, and manage budgets.
• Use data and performance insights to optimize operations and collaborate with global and regional teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading partner-facing account management and sales teams.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, marketing fundamentals, and commercial levers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and time zones.
• Experience building relationships and negotiating with senior partners or brand leaders.
• Strong organization, adaptability, data-driven decision-making, and results orientation.
