What you will do

• Lead end-to-end engineering delivery and production support across the payer product portfolio, including value-based care, payer analytics, encounter submissions, and care gap closure across payer and EHR surfaces.
• Partner with Product Management from problem definition through roadmap execution, incorporating feasibility, sequencing, cost, market priorities, and delivery risk.
• Own migration of the legacy estate to Health Network Architecture while maintaining customer commitments and defining system retirement criteria.
• Set engineering standards for platform components, including interface contracts, observability, deployment, production readiness, quality, and compliance.
• Guide architecture reviews, cross-team technical decisions, production reliability, incident response, service levels, on-call rotation, postmortems, and technical debt reduction.
• Lead engineering managers and own hiring, onboarding, retention, workforce planning, objectives, performance development, staffing, investment decisions, and engineering spend.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical or business experience.
• 10+ years of relevant industry, domain, or functional experience.
• 7+ years of relevant leadership experience with responsibility for organizational objectives and measurements.
• 15+ years of relevant work experience preferred; master's degree preferred.
• Experience with software engineering delivery, platform architecture, production reliability, organizational metrics, and technical investment decisions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
