hirify.global builds an operating platform for high-traffic North American yard operations.

What you will do

  • Own the platform end-to-end, setting direction and driving architectural decisions.
  • Lead the engineering team that builds and operates the platform, with hands-on technical involvement.
  • Advance AI-native product and engineering workflows, focusing on measurable outcomes (“receipts”).
  • Design and evolve core capabilities: cameras/sensors ingestion, AI on streams, operator console, and audit trail.
  • Own integrations with TMS and WMS systems and agentic decisioning components.
  • Ensure the platform continues to earn its value each quarter in a real product business.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on credibility: open pull requests and participate in architecture reviews.
  • Proven experience building and operating a real platform in a product business (not a delivery-only role).
  • Experience with AI used inside the product and inside the engineering workflow (AI-native approach).
  • Experience owning system architecture and end-to-end technical outcomes for a platform at scale.
  • Prefer to be based in the Greater Toronto Area.
