What you will do

• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams responsible for the Command product area.
• Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap in partnership with Product leadership.
• Drive the delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable software while raising the bar for engineering quality.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to align people, technology, and priorities.
• Champion product-minded engineering practices for AI-native workflows and automation.
• Mentor and develop engineering leaders to cultivate a culture of ownership and innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading managers within a software engineering organization developing SaaS products.
• Experience leading customer-facing engineering teams for enterprise customers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence technical and business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with execution in complex initiatives.
