What you will do

• Execute end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate and timely inbound and outbound processing in line with standard operating procedures.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and manage slow-moving stock.
• Allocate storage areas, standardize stacking practices, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure cargo protection and operational compliance.
• Handle damaged goods and order anomalies, report operational data, and identify workflow bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Ability to manage inventory accuracy, stocktaking, and discrepancy resolution.
• Ability to follow operational specifications and safety procedures.
• Ability to record operational data and support process improvement.
• Availability to work in Ghent, East Flanders, Belgium.
