Fleet Manager (Benelux)

Location: Brussels, with operations across Belgium and the Netherlands

What you will do

• Manage in-field and warehouse operations teams across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage local third-party logistics partners.
• Own vehicle availability, maintenance, spare parts, batteries, and wider fleet assets.
• Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven process improvements across warehouse and fleet operations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development to keep the team aligned with demand.
• Collaborate with Operations Strategy, Market Development, and Public Policy on regional goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, production, consulting, or a similar field, including team management.
• Professional fluency in English, French, and Dutch.
• Experience managing a budget and working across multiple sites.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and shift planning.
• Experience using AI in a role-specific context to improve output quality.
