Contracts Manager (Data Centre Construction)

Location: Farciennes, Belgium. Must have the legal right to work in Belgium

What you will do

• Assess bid-returns and recommend preferred bidders based on defined criteria.
• Draft contract documentation ensuring alignment with O&M's, delivery systems, generation equipment, and installations.
• Lead the development and launch of an inventory management system utilizing automated data analytics and reporting.
• Partner in assessing quality events, including site investigations and implementation of corrective measures.
• Gather market intelligence and provide data analytics and reports to the client.
• Coordinate with Client Operations Teams and Suppliers to manage purchase order information.

Requirements

• Experience as a Contracts Manager in a consulting and/or construction company.
• Experience in the Data Centre sector or similar large-scale complex projects (e.g., Oil & Gas, Pharma, heavy industrial).
• Demonstrated experience in developing and launching inventory management systems.
• Degree or comparable experience in a related construction or business administration discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be currently living in or willing to move to Farciennes, Belgium and possess the legal right to work in Belgium.
