Supply Chain Digital Solutions Lead (SAP)

What you will do

• Manage daily usage and support for SAP Athena, iShift, Kinaxis, FaCT, NOVA, Sanetiq, and SCeye.
• Act as the primary connection between site end users and IT teams, providing first-line problem-solving support.
• Lead site key users, develop training programs, and maintain application SOPs.
• Lead user acceptance testing, coordinate digital project rollouts, and manage change activities.
• Drive process improvements, system quality monitoring, and compliance with SOX and cGMP requirements.
• Manage user access, audit questions, stakeholder relationships, and SAP Athena feature implementation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of supply chain operations experience, including project management.
• Expert knowledge of SAP and supply chain systems, including Athena, iShift, Kinaxis, NOVA, and Sanetiq.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Dutch are required.
