What you will do

• Define and execute the Central EMEA planning strategy, target operating model, capability roadmaps, and transformation priorities.
• Lead demand planning, integrated business planning, inventory management, replenishment, and service management across the region.
• Align commercial, financial, supply chain, regional, country, and global priorities through governance, scenario analysis, and executive decision support.
• Drive inventory optimization, customer service improvement, supply continuity, allocation governance, and crisis-management playbooks.
• Sponsor analytics, advanced forecasting, digital planning, automation, data governance, and performance dashboards.
• Lead planning managers and senior planners through talent development, succession planning, resource management, and organizational transformation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required.
• Significant leadership experience in supply chain planning and experience leading regional or global planning organizations.
• Strong knowledge of integrated business planning, demand planning, forecasting, DRP, replenishment, inventory segmentation, supply chain analytics, and network and supply planning.
• Experience influencing senior executives and driving large-scale organizational transformation.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, executive-communication, governance, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, APS/OMP, Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Query, and RPA or process-automation solutions.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• APICS certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
