Strategic Finance Manager

Salary: $170,000–$230,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is building generalist intelligent robots through an integrated robotics stack spanning hardware, robot systems, infrastructure, foundation world models, and manufacturing.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the financial model across planning cycles, scenario analysis, forecasting, and board presentations.
• Build scalable FP&A processes, including budgeting, variance reporting, forecasting cadences, and financial systems improvements.
• Partner with engineering, hardware, operations, and sales leaders on strategic decisions and financial analysis.
• Support fundraising, data room management, cap table analysis, option pool modeling, dilution scenarios, and investor diligence.
• Build commercial finance infrastructure covering contract economics, revenue recognition, unit economics, and gross margin reporting.
• Lead vendor procurement and negotiations for major spend categories, including GPU infrastructure and cloud services.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of investment banking experience at a top-tier firm.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth company and comfort operating in ambiguity across multiple workstreams.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and strong financial modeling best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication for founders, institutional investors, and operational leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• High ownership mentality and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Exposure to capital markets, investor relations, or corporate development.
• Interest in AI and robotics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
