People Experience Consultant

What you will do

• Advise HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and employees across EMEA on HR policies, employment matters, and best practices.
• Manage and deliver complex HR projects and global change initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and stakeholder groups.
• Partner with Legal, Employee Relations, in-country HR teams, and Centers of Excellence on employee lifecycle and sensitive employee matters.
• Support performance management, talent mapping, succession planning, leadership development, compensation benchmarking, and internal mobility.
• Maintain accurate HR data in Workday and Nexus, using analytics and insights to identify process improvements.
• Drive scalable, simplified, standardized, and continuously improving People Experience processes across a global matrix.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner.
• Significant experience in a global, highly matrixed organisation, preferably in technology, media, retail, or gaming.
• International HR generalist experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple European countries and jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR practices, and cultural nuances across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Experience managing complex employee lifecycle and employee relations matters, as well as multi-country change initiatives.
• Experience with Workday, HR analytics, stakeholder management, sensitive situations, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Fluency in an additional European language.
• CIPD qualification at Level 5–7 or equivalent HR qualification or experience.
