What you will do

• Handle inbound customer calls about accounts, billing, payment histories, and payoff quotes.
• Research account information to identify relevant details and issues.
• Determine appropriate resolutions while following company policies and supporting customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate issue resolution with the appropriate internal departments.
• Explain standard procedures and resolutions to customers.
• Follow up verbally or in writing to confirm customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn additional systems and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, proofreading, communication, organization, work ethic, and self-motivation.
