Salary: $87,000–$130,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Manage product-level and distribution-channel profitability reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain financial models covering profitability, forecasting, pro forma analysis, and fund-level profitability.
• Prepare quarterly business update materials for the managing director group.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of business performance, market developments, and industry trends.
• Identify performance and forecast drivers and deliver insights for data-driven senior management decisions.
• Improve reporting processes and implement automation opportunities while collaborating with teams across the firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 3–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business analysis, strategic finance, or a related role.
• Advanced PC skills, especially experience with complex Microsoft Excel workbooks.
• Strong financial analysis, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, work under pressure, and operate independently or collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, and intellectual curiosity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, SmartView Excel Add-in, SAP, or other multidimensional database, reporting, consolidation, and ERP systems.
• Experience in the asset management industry.
