FP&A Implementation Specialist

Location: 100% remote for candidates in the United States Eastern time zone. No sponsorship or relocation assistance is available.

Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location.

What you will do

• Understand client situations, simplify existing models and data, and implement finance processes in the company environment.
• Develop business analyses covering budgeting, forecasting, planning, monitoring, financial modeling, and standard reporting.
• Manage, interpret, and validate customer-generated data to improve service quality.
• Recommend process changes that optimize procedures and outcomes.
• Build long-term customer relationships, gather requirements, and provide financial reporting support.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles, together with a finance or accounting background.
• Advanced Excel expertise, including formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, and complex financial models.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working with CFOs, VPs, Directors of Finance, and other customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Professional-level fluency in Spanish.
