Senior Associate, FP&A

Location: New York, New York, United States; onsite

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year, depending on skills and experience, plus potential bonuses, commission, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Aviation, Member Care, Growth, Public Affairs, Legal, and People.
• Build scalable financial models for annual budgets, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Manage operating and capital expenditure budgets and lead monthly budget-versus-actuals reporting.
• Help business leaders own their P&Ls through reporting, financial reviews, and decision support.
• Identify risks, opportunities, cost savings, and growth initiatives through detailed business cases.
• Prepare materials for Investor Relations, the Board of Directors, and management financial reviews while improving forecasting tools with AI and automation.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a high-growth or publicly traded company.
• Experience owning forecasting and planning processes.
• Hands-on expertise with FP&A systems such as NSPB, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream, or similar EPM/CPM platforms.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, and executive storytelling skills.
• Ability to improve inefficient processes and build trust with non-finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience leading an FP&A system implementation or major upgrade.
• Experience applying AI and automation to FP&A workflows.
