Incident Manager (IAM)

Location: Remote; U.S. federal government environment with Public Trust clearance required

Salary: $84,000–$116,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead incident management activities for FSA IAM systems and coordinate rapid detection, response, and resolution.
• Create and manage incident tickets for production, non-production, and integrated application issues.
• Join incident calls, examine logs, perform real-time technical analysis, and prepare initial assessment summaries.
• Provide updates to FSA leadership and notify impacted teams when incidents are resolved.
• Review analytics for potential breaches, support security incident management, and escalate COTS/GOTS issues to vendors.
• Produce incident management reports, support AIMS and PAS customers, and provide after-hours and peak-period coverage.

Requirements

• Public Trust clearance and a bachelor's degree.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT incident and problem management processes.
• Technical understanding of identity and access management systems and familiarity with federal IT compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze logs, data, and system information and coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Availability for after-hours and on-call support; proficiency with ticketing systems and collaboration tools.
