Incident Management Engineer

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid workplace. The role includes occasional travel to other hirify.global locations and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Salary: $96,000–$140,000 per year, plus potential restricted stock units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Coordinate hirify.global’s response to critical product outages and mission-critical incidents.
• Triage, troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve, and prevent issues encountered in the field.
• Collaborate with customer-facing, product, and infrastructure teams on scalable and reliable software delivery.
• Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global’s product and delivery ecosystem.
• Build tooling, processes, and automation that reduce the operational overhead of incident response.

Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Incident Management, or another technical field.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other hirify.global locations.

• Experience with scripting, automation, or data analysis.
