What you will do

• Provide support for escalated incidents and service requests from the Service Desk.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware, software, access, network, and application issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps, customer communications, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
• Manage ticket prioritization, updates, service-level expectations, and escalations.
• Support user accounts, permissions, onboarding, device setup, software installation, and endpoint configuration.
• Collaborate with Service Desk agents, application teams, infrastructure teams, and other resolver groups while identifying recurring issues and knowledge gaps.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, Service Desk, desktop support, or a related technical support role.
• Experience with enterprise application environments, ticketing systems, and IT service management processes.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, remote support tools, and common enterprise applications.
• Understanding of user access management, multifactor authentication, password resets, and permissions troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, apply documented solutions, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across IT teams.
• Relevant degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience preferred; Tier 3 troubleshooting experience preferred.
