Growth Marketing Manager (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Own growth for the Cloud Native product line, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB Kubernetes Operators.
• Design and run structured channel experiments with clear hypotheses, budgets, and success metrics.
• Own partnered webinars end to end, from partner identification and offer design to registration campaigns and pipeline tracking.
• Manage and optimize paid search and other paid channels, including targeting, budgets, and creative iteration.
• Build outreach among Kubernetes and open source database communities and influencers.
• Set up measurement for cost, engagement, and pipeline contribution, partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Experience with performance marketing, paid channels, or campaign management.
• Data-driven approach to forming hypotheses, testing channels, and improving based on results.
• Curiosity about growth channels and their performance among technical and open source audiences.
• Experience managing a budget and being accountable for its return.
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially when reporting unexpected results.
