What you will do
- Own and evolve the growth marketing strategy for Websites across the full customer lifecycle.
- Design and execute integrated multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive acquisition and pipeline growth.
- Partner with product, customer marketing, and sales teams to accelerate product adoption and cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and growth KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and scale initiatives.
- Create scalable campaign frameworks and blueprints for repeatable execution across regions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure marketing plans are localized while maintaining global consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign management within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of driving acquisition and lifecycle growth across EMEA and APAC markets.
- Strong hands-on execution skills combined with strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed, global organization.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments undergoing transformation.
