What you will do

• Own and evolve the growth marketing strategy for hirify.global Websites across acquisition, activation, adoption, and expansion.
• Design and execute integrated demand generation programs across digital, email, events, and other growth channels.
• Build acquisition campaigns, scalable campaign frameworks, templates, and blueprints for repeatable execution across regions and products.
• Partner with product marketing, customer marketing, sales, and regional teams to drive onboarding, product adoption, usage, and cross-sell.
• Track and analyze growth KPIs, campaign performance, lifecycle performance, and pipeline impact to optimize investment and scale.
• Coordinate growth initiatives across a globally distributed, cross-functional marketing organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign management within the technology industry.
• Proven experience driving acquisition and demand while supporting adoption and lifecycle growth across EMEA and APAC.
• Strong hands-on execution skills combined with strategic planning capability.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed, global organization.
• Comfort working in environments undergoing transformation and growth.
