Wealth Management Director - Cork

Location: Cork City Centre, Ireland

Salary: €120,000–€140,000 per annum

hirify.global is recruiting for a leading financial services firm expanding its wealth management leadership team.

What you will do

• Grow the regional wealth management business through new client acquisition, revenue growth, and assets under management.
• Manage and develop relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, including entrepreneurs, business owners, and families.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the regional growth strategy.
• Collaborate across wealth management, investment management, financial planning, and corporate finance to deliver holistic client solutions.
• Build relationships with professional advisors, centres of influence, and the wider business community across Cork and Munster.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Senior Wealth Advisors and wealth management professionals.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or financial planning.
• Strong track record of commercial growth, client acquisition, and asset generation.
• Extensive experience advising HNW and UHNW clients, particularly business owners, entrepreneurs, and family groups.
• Proven experience leading and developing client-facing teams.
• Strong professional network across Cork and Munster, with credibility to represent the business at a senior level.
• QFA qualification required; CFP or equivalent qualifications are highly advantageous.
