Associate Director, Portfolio Operations (Bank Debt)

What you will do

• Oversee reconciliation and NAV review technology to deliver reconciled gross Net Asset Values for clients.
• Review GAV calculations, staff work, portfolio and cash reconciliations, positions, unsettled trades, and accrued interest.
• Monitor client SLAs, allocate tasks, maintain team coverage, and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Oversee portfolio and loan anomalies, identify root causes, and support problem solving across private and syndicated loans, delayed draws, and revolvers.
• Lead new client onboarding, projects, and change management initiatives.
• Manage Associates, Senior Associates, and Junior Associate Directors, including recruitment support and new-hire training.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in investor services or asset management.
• At least 3 years of experience in Bank Debt.
• At least 3 years of staff management experience.
• Proficiency with Markit, Clearpar, and WSO.
• Strong understanding of investment fund valuation, traded products, counterparty operations, and client service.
