Finance & Strategy, Deal Strategy (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid attendance required at least 25% of the time

What you will do

• Conduct growth, margin, discount-impact, and deal-profitability analysis.
• Structure and optimize complex enterprise deals in collaboration with sales.
• Review non-standard deals, pricing structures, contract terms, and financial implications.
• Coordinate sales, finance, legal, compliance, and senior stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Assess risks, manage escalations, and develop deal approval policies, pricing guidelines, and exception procedures.
• Build approval workflows, standardized templates, documentation, and reporting for deal strategy metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in deal strategy, deal desk, finance, sales strategy and operations, or related analytical roles.
• Hands-on experience with sophisticated financial modeling, pricing optimization, and complex deal structuring.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, process improvement, and workflow design skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, CPQ tools, and contract management platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or professional experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work accurately in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and solve complex problems cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS, cloud, or AI/ML company with complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Background in consulting, investment banking, or another highly analytical and strategic role.
• Experience with subscription and consumption-based business models.
• Knowledge of enterprise software contracts, commercial practices, and AI business models.
