Salary: $300,000–$350,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own commercial new business and expansion targets while ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Execute go-to-market initiatives and provide hands-on support for high-impact strategic deals.
  • Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize performance.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve pipeline generation and Product to share market insights.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term customer expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading high-performing commercial sales teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS environments.
  • Must be located in North America or specified EMEA hubs (Dublin/London).
  • Deep expertise in the data ecosystem with preference for BI, data analytics, or ETL experience.
  • High agency and ability to thrive in early-stage (Series A–D) environments.
