What you will do

• Develop and implement regional market, growth, and go-to-market strategies across product categories.
• Lead sales and marketing teams, supporting performance, collaboration, and individual development.
• Own marketing activities and ensure consistent premium brand positioning online and offline.
• Manage sales forecasting, commercial steering, ROI analysis, and regional P&L responsibility.
• Build strategic partnerships with retailers and business partners while identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop distribution strategies, monitor market trends, and use flagship stores for events and brand experiences.

Requirements

• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution, ownership, and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in sales planning, territory management, forecasting, commercial steering, and performance management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Fluent Czech and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region and affinity for premium, consumer-centric brands.
