Country Manager, Germany (Crypto)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategic business plan for the German market, covering expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Lead local marketing campaigns, industry events, partnership development, and community engagement.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, financial institutions, industry partners, and KOLs.
• Monitor German market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the local team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in marketing and/or business development, with a proven record of success in a similar role.
• Experience as a crypto country manager or in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong understanding of the German market, consumer behavior, and the MiCA, MiFID, and EMI regulatory landscape.
• Established network in the DACH crypto and fintech ecosystem.
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
