Senior Business Analytics Consultant (C&IB Data Analytics)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Cleveland, Ohio; or Wilmington, Delaware, USA

Salary: $75,000–$137,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Create data-driven solutions and analytical products for strategic initiatives across Corporate and Institutional Banking.
• Consult with business partners on data solution strategy, implementation, monitoring, and ongoing enhancements.
• Use analytical tools and emerging technologies, including AI, to develop and optimize analytics workflows.
• Define appropriate analytic approaches and oversee development, validation, end-user testing, and improvements.
• Analyze complex datasets, provide recommendations, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
• Apply project management, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and risk management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related analytical discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, data manipulation, and data wrangling.
• Strong knowledge of database structures, relational databases, and data management principles, with experience using TOAD or a similar tool.
• Ability to transform large, complex datasets into actionable business insights and present analytical findings clearly.
• No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation is available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience developing interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools.
• Experience modernizing and automating reporting and analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of Python, R, generative AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or large language models.
• Banking, financial services, or corporate banking experience.
