Business Analytics Lead Senior (Investment Data)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Cleveland, Ohio; Tyson's Corner, Virginia; or Washington, D.C.

Base salary: $91,000–$202,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead development of a centralized investment data warehouse and governed source of truth across business units.
• Design scalable data architecture with strong governance, quality, lineage, metadata, and lifecycle management.
• Build and oversee data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and distributing internal and external investment data.
• Develop analytical solutions, dashboards, data-driven applications, APIs, and user interfaces for business leadership.
• Partner with Technology teams on asset master, portfolio, risk, ESG, and other domain-based data rollouts.
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML, generative AI, LLM, and modern data platform technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience is typical; equivalent combinations of education and experience are accepted, including 12+ years without a degree.
• Experience in investment management, asset management, wealth management, or financial services, with knowledge of the full investment lifecycle.
• Enterprise-scale data warehouse and investment data platform experience, including Oracle database and data warehousing environments.
• Experience with Hadoop or modern big data technologies such as Teradata, Trino, or Apache Iceberg, plus SQL, Python, PySpark, Java, or ETL/ELT development.
• Experience with data domain management, master data, metadata, enterprise governance, APIs, integration frameworks, and data services.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• People leadership and investment data management experience.
• Cloud data platform experience with Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Angular, Agile delivery, and product-oriented operating models.
