Business Analyst (AI)

Location: New York, United States; onsite role

Salary: $100,000–$131,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Act as the onsite bridge between client business teams, carrier partners, and the data and analytics organization.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive initiatives for the data and analytics organization.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for analytics and engineering teams.
• Analyze data and deliver rapid, insight-driven recommendations using a first-principles approach.
• Coordinate carrier performance reviews, improvement plans, and contract compliance.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities across business domains.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in business analysis; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
