Business Analytics Manager Senior (Fintech)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; Washington, DC; or Tyson's Corner, VA

Base salary: $123,200–$274,560 per year, plus incentive-eligible compensation.

What you will do

• Lead complex analytics and data-management initiatives across customer identity, profiles, contacts, account relationships, consent, and preferences.
• Define and monitor data-quality rules, controls, thresholds, KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, scorecards, and exception reports.
• Analyze source systems, master-data platforms, and downstream applications to identify anomalies, reconciliation breaks, and root causes.
• Document data definitions, lineage, business rules, controls, and ownership with business, technology, governance, risk, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
• Support audits, regulatory compliance, and risk management through traceable analysis, control evidence, impact assessments, and remediation reporting.
• Coordinate issue remediation, automate profiling and validation processes, and mentor analysts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision support.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, subqueries, data validation, and performance optimization.
• Strong Python experience in data analysis, data manipulation, reporting automation, data-quality monitoring, and predictive analytics.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with customer-focused data environments and risk, governance, compliance, or regulatory initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable education and experience; at least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Visa sponsorship and STEM OPT support are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, or AI-powered business applications.
• Banking, consumer finance, fintech, or financial services experience.
• Knowledge of data-governance frameworks, enterprise data management, machine learning, predictive analytics, or advanced statistical modeling.
