Corporate & Institutional Banking Development Program Analyst/Associate – Commercial & Corporate Banking – Financials and Diversified Track

Location: In-office role in Chicago, Illinois; the program may be based at hirify.global hubs in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, New York, or Pittsburgh, United States.

Base salary: $39,100–$126,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support core Corporate & Institutional Banking activities, including deal, sales, process, and project support.
• Analyze and support financial solutions for financial institutions and diversified industries.
• Develop skills in credit, risk management, analytics, financial modeling, relationship management, and sales.
• Interact with internal and external customers and help resolve service issues.
• Participate in classroom learning, mentoring, job shadowing, networking, and community outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, business, mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or another relevant field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Recent university or college graduate with little or no professional experience and relevant skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, business acumen, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Must work in an in-office setting at an applicable hirify.global hub in the United States.
