Client Service Advisor

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at 120 S LaSalle St

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually, plus potential incentive compensation and discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Serve as a primary contact for client service needs and deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Maintain account files, prepare reports and presentations, respond to inquiries, and follow up proactively.
• Process client transactions, maintain documentation, and use technology to improve service efficiency.
• Partner with Private Bankers on portfolio management, outreach, business development, and relationship building.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, product, and technology teams on service improvements and technology implementation projects.
• Verify client documentation, protect confidential information, and complete service requests in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of financial industry experience and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Client-first approach, strong relationship-building skills, and professional communication.
• Financial acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to resolve complex issues through root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of client service, transaction banking, investment portfolios, and financial products.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
