Service Development Planner

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working model. The role requires the right to work in the Netherlands, occasional travel of less than 10%, and timezone flexibility for partners in different time zones.

What you will do

• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans across ERP, commerce, data, integration, API, and business-service workstreams.
• Operate the Business Infrastructure intake process, coordinating clarification, scoping, ownership, and prioritization inputs.
• Translate approved priorities into executable plans with clear owners, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and definitions of ready and done.
• Maintain the portfolio’s single source of truth for risks, dependencies, decisions, commitments, changes, capacity, and budgets.
• Coordinate external development partners from scoping through delivery tracking, acceptance, rollout, and operational handover.
• Identify delivery risks and capacity constraints early, escalate decisions with clear options, and continuously improve the delivery operating model.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in delivery management, technical program management, project management, portfolio management, or a comparable technology role.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent technology workstreams across internal teams, business stakeholders, and external development partners.
• Technical fluency sufficient to follow technical discussions, challenge assumptions and estimates, identify missing information, and recognize when architecture or engineering decisions are needed.
• Experience with structured intake, demand management, portfolio prioritization, vendor management, and delivery tracking against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Strong planning, dependency management, written communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile delivery, change management, release management, and adoption practices; excellent written and verbal English required.
