Onsite Delivery Manager (Financial Services and Insurance)

Location: Onsite in New York, United States

Salary: $96,366–$150,000 gross annual base compensation

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across Agile Release Trains.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, delivery commitments, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Support, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Facilitate PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, release readiness, UAT, and release validation.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for client stakeholders and provide executive communication on project health and milestones.
• Track delivery KPIs and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Onsite work in New York is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT delivery or program management experience.
• 5+ years leading Agile delivery teams and Agile Release Trains.
• Experience with Financial Services and Insurance clients and large-scale, multi-team technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Life Insurance, Annuities, Wealth Management, or Customer Experience platforms.
• SAFe Agilist, PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification.
• Client-facing onsite delivery leadership experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud and digital transformation programs.
