Onsite Delivery Manager

Location: New York, United States; onsite

Salary: $96,366–$150,000 base compensation annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across Agile Release Trains.
• Manage scope, timelines, delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Support, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, release management, and release readiness.
• Track delivery KPIs, program health metrics, and business outcomes while driving continuous improvement.
• Support UAT planning, release validation, governance, audit, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT delivery or program management experience.
• 5+ years leading Agile delivery teams and Agile Release Trains; SAFe experience is preferred.
• Experience working with Financial Services and Insurance clients and managing large-scale technology initiatives involving multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Life Insurance, Annuities, Wealth Management, or Customer Experience platforms.
• SAFe Agilist, PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification.
• Experience in client-facing onsite delivery leadership roles.
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud and digital transformation programs.
