Implementation Manager (US)

What you will do

• Own the technical aspects of customer onboarding and guide clients through post-purchase operations experience improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Solution Consulting to align onboarding scope with commercial goals.
• Discover customer e-commerce, customer service, logistics, and fulfillment requirements.
• Define data-transfer approaches, configure trigger rules and communication flows, and guide best-practice data ingestion.
• Review and adapt templates, enable customers on built-in AI tools, and perform basic technical triage using logs, GitHub, and API documentation.
• Communicate customer insights and product improvement opportunities to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical project management within SaaS businesses.
• Strong project, stakeholder, and expectation management skills.
• Familiarity with log management tools such as Graylog, Kibana, or Splunk.
• Comfort navigating GitHub and reading API documentation.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, Python, or Bash, with HTML knowledge considered useful.
• Understanding of e-commerce and last-mile logistics, or a strong ability to learn these areas quickly.
