Customer Onboarding Manager (Implementation Project Manager)

What you will do

• Manage customer onboarding and implementation projects from initiation through successful transition to Customer Success and Support.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams, client agencies, and third parties to deliver platform implementations and custom development.
• Build relationships with stakeholders from senior management to end users and translate business and technical goals into onboarding plans.
• Set KPIs and success metrics to drive early adoption, customer ROI, growth, and retention.
• Deliver tailored onsite and remote onboarding sessions, user-enablement training, and workshops.
• Improve onboarding processes and training materials while documenting stakeholder roles, hierarchies, and implementation outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding.
• Technical background with the ability to read API documentation and understand basic data structures and data flows.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, webhooks, and APIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with business fluency in English.
• Strong time, task, and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to deliver projects efficiently and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Agile, PMP, or Prince2 qualifications.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Product Feed, and Google Analytics.
• Exposure to AI-driven product recommendation tools and algorithms.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or marketing automation platforms.
