Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY; ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas is required

Base salary: $100K–$170K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own complex B2B customer deployments from kickoff through launch and expansion.
• Build project plans, timelines, milestones, dependency maps, status updates, and risk tracking.
• Coordinate AI Agent Product Management, Engineering, Conversational Design, QA, Account Management, and customer stakeholders.
• Translate customer requirements into technical workstreams, configure telephony systems, and set up agent campaigns and self-service workflows.
• Lead testing, validation, soft launches, deployment meetings, and technical decision-making.
• Create repeatable frameworks, documentation, templates, and operating processes to improve deployment speed and quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, technical program management, solutions delivery, or enterprise implementations.
• Experience managing complex B2B SaaS deployments with multiple technical stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong project management, risk management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, data flows, and software systems.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams on customer-facing solutions.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas and operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare technology, AI products, SaaS platforms, or integration-heavy software.
• Experience with telephony systems, voice platforms, EHR integrations, workflow automation, or enterprise software deployments.
• PMP certification or formal project management training.
• Experience with Linear, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• AI-native mindset and experience managing enterprise customers with complex technical requirements.
