Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: Vancouver, Canada; hybrid workplace

Base pay: $90,000–$130,000 per year, depending on experience, performance, and stock option selection.

What you will do

• Manage implementation projects and customer onboarding from kickoff through deployment.
• Lead discovery, configuration, testing, training, and the transition from implementation to Customer Success.
• Document customer goals, success metrics, technical requirements, scope of work, and deployment progress in CRM and internal tools.
• Manage changes to project scope, budget, and schedule across multiple customer projects.
• Work with Product and Engineering to improve customer time-to-value and communicate customer feedback.
• Identify change management opportunities and support user adoption through clear communication and training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience implementing software or SaaS systems.
• Strong project management skills and experience using project management tools.
• Technical aptitude and curiosity to understand software systems and insurance agency workflows.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams on customer implementations.
• Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical audiences, lead customer meetings, and provide effective training and support.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or G-Suite equivalents.
