What you will do

• Own the end-to-end hiring process for technical, operational, and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and job descriptions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines across different markets.
• Run structured screening interviews, support candidate evaluation, and manage offer negotiations.
• Coordinate interview logistics and internal stakeholders while ensuring fast turnaround and strong candidate experience.
• Track hiring metrics and improve recruiting tools, processes, outreach tactics, and employer-branding communications.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or technical environment.
• Strong sourcing skills with a creative, rigorous, and proactive approach.
• Experience managing hiring processes from A to Z, including interviews and offer negotiations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders from junior team members to senior executives.
• Adaptability, mobility, and the ability to perform effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Full commitment to the company’s mission and operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system.
