What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions from kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate profiles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines across competitive markets.
• Represent hirify.global's culture and mission while delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to improve funnel performance and inform hiring decisions.
• Apply AI tools to sourcing, research, candidate engagement, interview preparation, and recruiting operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical and/or go-to-market roles in high-growth startup or technology environments.
• Track record of hiring high-caliber talent across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound channels.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Experience with modern ATS platforms; Ashby is preferred.

• Experience building recruiting processes from zero.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
