Location: Paris, France; hybrid with 3–4+ days per week in the office

is a physical AI research lab and full-stack robotics company developing a universal robotics foundation model that combines physics simulation, generative modeling, and large-scale real-world robot data.
What you will do
- Source senior Research Scientists, software engineers, and robotics or infrastructure engineers who are not actively looking for new roles.
- Research technical talent through papers, GitHub, conferences, citation graphs, communities, and professional networks.
- Write personalized outreach that earns responses from senior researchers and engineers.
- Map talent markets, build target lists, and maintain calibrated pipelines for active searches.
- Build scalable sourcing processes in Ashby and automate list building, enrichment, and sequencing.
- Analyze response rates and pipeline health to identify bottlenecks and improve sourcing performance.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing senior technical talent in engineering, AI/ML, or research within a competitive market.
- Ability to evaluate technical profiles and distinguish meaningful research, GitHub work, and other signals from noise.
- Strong personalized written outreach skills.
- Systems-oriented approach to sourcing, automation, and workflow improvement.
- Ability to work independently, create structure in ambiguous situations, and maintain quality at speed.
- Availability to work from the Paris office 3–4+ days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing Research Scientists, robotics engineers, or deep-tech engineers.
- Experience sourcing across the UK and France.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate sourcing.
- Experience joining a startup early and building recruiting capabilities from zero.
