Talent Intelligence Partner (AI)

Location: Paris, France; 4 days per week onsite with flexibility for 1 remote day each week

What you will do

• Own or support full-cycle recruiting for priority searches, from sourcing and screening through offer strategy and closing.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for Research Scientists, Research Engineers, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and other frontier AI profiles.
• Map talent across AI labs, universities, startups, conferences, open-source communities, and research networks.
• Produce talent intelligence on competitor hiring, talent movement, emerging research areas, and high-potential individuals.
• Design scalable sourcing systems and support recruiting operations, ATS management, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Requirements

• Significant experience sourcing and recruiting exceptional technical talent.
• Experience recruiting AI/ML, Research Scientist, Research Engineer, or similarly technical profiles.
• Deep interest in AI research, emerging technologies, technical papers, leading researchers, and research communities.
• Strong candidate engagement, closing, organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, operate through ambiguity, and build structure in an evolving environment.
• Ability to work from the Paris office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience at a frontier AI lab, leading research organization, or top technology company.
• Existing network within the global AI research community and experience recruiting across multiple locations.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS.
• Familiarity with major AI conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, and EMNLP.
• Experience building a talent intelligence or sourcing function from the ground up and sourcing through arXiv, LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, conferences, and referrals.
