Senior Product Manager - Growth, Engagement & Retention (Fintech)

Location: Vienna, Austria; hybrid work combining onsite collaboration and remote work. An additional 25 days per year may be worked from a city or country of choice.

What you will do

• Define customer health metrics including cohort retention, product attach, customer lifetime value, churn drivers, and engagement depth.
• Own the cross-product rewards flywheel and engagement strategy across Trading, Earn, Card, and future products.
• Design earning and redemption logic, loyalty currency mechanics, lifecycle engagement loops, referrals, community features, and status systems.
• Evaluate rewards, nudges, and growth mechanics using reward cost, breakage, cannibalisation, and cost-to-serve analysis.
• Explore subscription or membership models, including pricing, tiering, benefits, attach, retention, and margin targets where supported by evidence.
• Build compliant, learning-focused customer status mechanics and strategic external benefits partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a high-growth B2C consumer platform.
• Experience in growth, retention, and monetisation, ideally in crypto, fintech, neobanking, marketplaces, or loyalty and rewards.
• Experience shipping or scaling a subscription, loyalty, or rewards product, including tiering, points economics, breakage, cannibalisation, and reward fatigue.
• Ability to design shared rewards ledgers and connective systems spanning multiple product verticals.
• Comfortable with commercial and pricing design, UX, entitlements, ledgers, attribution, cohort analysis, segmentation, and rigorous A/B testing.
• Strong communication skills across Finance, Product, and Engineering, including clear and precise PRD writing.
