Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own product outcomes, metrics, and initiatives aligned with company OKRs.
• Build and maintain roadmaps balancing growth, technical investments, and risk or regulatory requirements.
• Use customer discovery, product analytics, SQL, and experimentation to validate assumptions and guide priorities.
• Turn ambiguous and complex problems into clear proposals, actionable plans, and trade-off recommendations.
• Create product documentation including one-pagers, PRDs, go-to-market plans, release scopes, and user stories.
• Partner with engineering, design, customers, stakeholders, and senior leaders to align product direction and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in technology companies, including 5+ years owning products end to end as a Product Manager.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes, shaping product direction, and solving complex problems.
• Strong analytical skills in metric design, funnel analysis, and evidence-based prioritization; hands-on SQL experience is highly desirable.
• Technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, data flows, and engineering trade-off discussions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, autonomy, judgment, resilience, and execution focus.

Nice to have

• Experience building, launching, and scaling fintech products.
• Experience taking products from zero to one or shaping new product lines.
• Relevant domain experience.
