What you will do

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and compliance teams.
• Transform complex financial products into simple and usable customer journeys.
• Utilize data, user feedback, and production issues to inform and improve product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance, and drive continuous iterations.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or growth operator.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Proven ability to work deeply with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Comfortable working with metrics, user feedback, and experimental learning.
• Must be based in Spain.
• Strong English communication skills required.
