Product Lead (Fintech)

Location: Berlin or Remote in Europe

hirify.global builds embedded lending infrastructure for global platforms and European businesses, including cash advances, loans, and emerging vehicle and inventory-backed financing products.

What you will do

• Own the merchant lending funnel end to end, including eligibility, acceptance, payout, renewal, and performance metrics.
• Translate company strategy into product strategy and steer execution in short planning cycles.
• Lead expansion into new platforms, countries, market segments, and financing use cases.
• Own pricing structure, experimentation, and analysis of pricing results within risk and finance guardrails.
• Collaborate with founders, Risk, Finance, engineers, designers, commercial operations, and platform partners.
• Set standards for discovery, delivery, data collection, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product experience, including at least two years owning a funnel or conversion metric.
• Demonstrated experience running funnel experiments and evaluating successful and unsuccessful results.
• Ability to design pricing experiments, define target segments and test duration, and distinguish signal from noise.
• Experience taking a product into new markets or segments while coordinating legal, operations, engineering, and external partners.
• Strong ownership, written communication, partner-management, and hands-on product execution skills.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Hands-on pricing experience.
• Experience in a marketplace, platform, or embedded finance business.
• Experience as the only product person in a company.
• Lending background is not required; credit expertise is provided by the Risk team.
