Senior Product Manager - Member Management (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Member Management, covering identity, authentication, permissions, member lifecycle, and tenant management.
• Advance passwordless and adaptive authentication, including passkeys, eIDs, enterprise identity providers, SSO, and step-up verification.
• Build multi-tenant, multi-region identity capabilities for partners, banks, and members moving between organizations.
• Automate joiner, mover, and leaver processes through HRIS synchronization and just-in-time provisioning.
• Define permissions and entitlements models and prepare the platform for governed AI-agent access with scoped permissions and audit trails.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Engineering to meet authentication, access-control, resilience, and audit requirements for regulated institutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, identity and security, or platform-heavy environments.
• Experience with identity and access management, including authentication, SSO, identity providers, permissions, RBAC, or provisioning.
• Strong technical fluency in authentication flows, multi-tenancy, integrations, and system-design trade-offs.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and communicate clearly across functions.
• Experience coordinating with partner banks or enterprise stakeholders and managing requirements, timelines, and delivery across organizations.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fintech trust and compliance requirements such as PSD2.
• Experience working with large partner banks or regulated financial institutions.
