Senior Consultant/Manager Business Strategy (SaaS)

Location: Munich, Germany; flexible hybrid work from company offices. Work from abroad within the EU is available for up to two weeks per year only for employees with an EU passport.

What you will do

• Lead strategically important, cross-functional projects from analysis through implementation support.
• Analyze operational processes and implement measures that improve efficiency and quality.
• Conduct data analyses, develop recommendations, and prepare decision materials for leadership.
• Present strategic findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support due diligence, financial modeling, post-merger integration, sales pitches, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Outstanding degree in a technical or management-oriented field from a renowned university.
• At least four years of experience at a top-tier management consultancy, such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain, at engagement manager or project lead level or above.
• Experience independently leading teams and owning strategic and operational topics.
• Strong analytical, hypothesis-led, and data-driven approach with an understanding of operations processes.
• Confident communication in German and English at C1 level or above.
• Experience with M&A or integration processes, tech/SaaS, and/or change management.
